Delivery Times:

Order Tracking:

A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
You can track your package via the tracking service.

Customs & Duties:

Orders within the EU do not incur customs fees.
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

For UK customers:
Note: We currently only accept UK orders over £135. Orders below this value are not eligible due to UK import VAT regulations.

For international customers (outside the EU):
Note: Orders shipped outside the EU are sent without EU VAT. Local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential charges.

Returns

At mymitchi, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

For hygiene reasons, underwear products can only be returned if they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original unopened packaging.

Opened underwear products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health protection reasons.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Be in new, unused condition
Be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or smoke odors
Include all original tags, labels, and packaging

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Customers are responsible for the item until it safely arrives back to us
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused
