Customs & Duties:

Orders within the EU do not incur customs fees.
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

For U.S. customers:
Under the De Minimis rule, orders valued under $800 USD typically enter the U.S. duty-free and without import taxes. This means you shouldn't have to pay any extra fees if your total order is below that threshold.

For UK customers:
Note: We currently only accept UK orders over £135. Orders below this value are not eligible due to UK import VAT regulations.

Returns

Returning your order is simple with mymitchi. You have the right to return your items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions: Please ensure the following before returning your items:

Items must be in new condition.
Returns must be made within 14 days.
Items must be properly packed in their original packaging.
Items should be free from perfume, makeup, or smoke odors.
Tags and labels must be intact and undamaged.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mymitchi.com. Note that return postage is at the customer’s expense, and you assume the transport risk.
