The mymitchi mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by mymitchi (“mymitchi”, “we”, or “us”). By using or opting into the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).

We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms. Continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

SMS Consent

By opting into mymitchi’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of mymitchi to the mobile number you provided. These messages may include promotional content, special offers, updates, and cart reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

You understand that consent to receive SMS messages is not required to make a purchase, and participation in the program is completely voluntary.

Fees and Charges

We do not charge for the Service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider.

Opting Out

You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message or by using the unsubscribe link where available. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

If you are subscribed to multiple mymitchi messaging programs, you must opt out of each individually.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, errors in message content, or any actions taken based on information provided through the Service.
