Hi, I’m Maria, the founder of mymitchi.
There was a time in my life when I realized I had stopped prioritizing myself. Between the responsibilities of daily life and becoming a mother, my own physical and mental well-being slowly moved to the background. I didn’t notice it at first, but over time I began to feel it. I felt disconnected from my body, my energy was low, and the confidence I once had wasn’t there in the same way.
That moment became a wake-up call for me.
I knew I needed to reconnect with myself, so I started small. I began moving again, sometimes through pilates, sometimes walking, and sometimes just a home workout and a few quiet minutes to myself. What started as simple movement slowly became something much deeper.
Movement helped me feel like myself again.
It wasn’t just about fitness. It was about healing, clearing my mind, and rebuilding the relationship I had with my body. The more I prioritized my well-being, the more I realized how much it changed every part of my life—my energy, my mindset, and how I showed up for myself and my family.
That journey is what inspired me to create mymitchi.
